The AppWT Story: 29 Years of Digital Excellence

On July 15, 1997, AppWT was born from the East Side of Flint, Michigan. What started as a passion for building websites has grown into a full-service digital agency serving clients across five countries. This is our story.

The Beginning (1997)

AppWT began when founder Tony Paris started building websites for local businesses in Flint. The internet was young, and most businesses did not yet understand its potential. We saw the opportunity and started helping local companies establish their digital presence.

Growth Years (1997-2019)

Over the next two decades, we grew steadily:

• Expanded services to include graphic design, SEO, and digital marketing
• Built websites for businesses across Michigan
• Developed expertise across dozens of industries
• Completed thousands of projects

Becoming AppWT LLC (2020)

On February 13, 2020, we officially incorporated as AppWT LLC and relocated our headquarters to Livonia, Michigan. This marked a new chapter of professional growth and expanded capabilities.

Starting in late 2021, our work began receiving industry recognition:

Today: Global Reach, Local Heart

Today, AppWT serves clients across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the Netherlands. We have completed over 2,000 projects for 400+ clients. Yet we remain a Livonia-based company with strong Michigan roots.
