Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AppWT Web & AI Solutions ("AppWT," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

AppWT provides web development, software development, mobile application development, SEO services, and related digital services. The specific terms of each project will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All content, designs, code, and materials created by AppWT remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom work transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
AppWT retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Our proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies remain our exclusive property and may be reused across projects.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our clients to do the same:

Clients warrant they have the right to use any content, images, or materials provided to us.
We will promptly respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Generally:

A deposit may be required before work begins
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur additional fees

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information as needed for project completion
Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner
Ensure they have the rights to any content provided to us
Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Limitation of Liability

AppWT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
