History of Manitou Beach-Devils Lake
- Rollin Township held its first board meeting in a pioneer home on April 6, 1835.
- Rollin and Woodstock townships now work together to clear invasive weeds such as water milfoil and starry stonewort from Devils and Round lakes.

- Round Lake. The smaller lake just southeast of Devils Lake, joined to it by a channel too shallow for boats.
- Devils Lake public access site. The State of Michigan bought it in 1951.
