What we run
Online ordering, reservations and kitchen tickets
Take the order online, and make sure the kitchen actually sees it. Relay splits a single order across as many destinations as the room needs: food to the kitchen printer, drinks to the bar, everything to the expo screen. Each one is retried and acknowledged on its own, because a missed ticket is a walked customer.
The receipt printer prints with nothing installed at the restaurant. The printer asks our server whether it has work, so we never touch their network, their firewall or their back office PC. Every rival print path we examined needs a computer on site running vendor software. That is the difference between a system a restaurant can adopt on a Tuesday and one that needs an install visit.

- QR code ordering at the table
- Kitchen display screens
- Reservations
- Card payments
- Order routing rules per station
- Reports from the order snapshot, not the live menu
- Embeddable on any existing website

Leads, pipeline and follow-up that runs itself
Every enquiry lands in one list with the source it came from. The follow-up runs without anyone remembering to do it, and the record of who agreed to be contacted, when, and in what words, stays with you as evidence rather than as a tickbox.
No per-contact billing, ever.Your list is your list. Growing it is not a reason for your bill to grow, which is the opposite of how every rented CRM in this category prices.
- Leads and pipeline stages
- Funnels with the follow-up attached
- Campaigns and newsletters
- Workflows and automation
- Lead scoring with the reason why
- Source tracking
- Quotes, invoices and what was actually paid
- TCPA consent records
- Nightly backups

Privacy analytics that can see AI referrals
Ordinary analytics tells you a visitor arrived. This tells you they arrived because ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity recommended you. That is the traffic source deciding who wins local search over the next few years, and most dashboards cannot see it at all.
It counts the assistants sending you customers.AI assistants are now a referral channel. If you cannot measure it you cannot argue for it, and you will keep spending on the channels you can already see.
- Referrals from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and voice search
- Bot filtering that keeps crawlers out of your numbers
- No third-party trackers on your visitors
- Runs on our server, not a data broker

The training, with certificates that verify
Courses on AI visibility, local search and digital marketing, written as short lessons rather than a three hour video nobody finishes. Certificates carry a verification URL, so the certificate can be checked by whoever is being shown it.
6 courses, 33 modules, 151 lessons.Counted from the database on 2026-08-20, not estimated. Video production is still in progress and the platform says so rather than implying otherwise.
- Course, module and lesson structure
- Quizzes and attempts
- Verifiable certificates
- Team and business enrollment
- Progress tracking

Operator guides in plain English
Written manuals for the jobs a small business owner has to do and nobody explains: security, AI visibility, local search. Print on demand, so a real book arrives, and the production pipeline runs on our own presses rather than a licence to somebody elses.
The live catalog says 87 manuals starting at $47.That figure is quoted from the manuals site itself as it stands today, because the live page is the price of record and this page must never disagree with it.
- 87 titles in the live catalog
- Print on demand fulfillment
- Digital and physical editions
- Four-market English spelling codex

Instant quotes for the trades
A customer answers a few questions about the job and gets a number, at eleven at night, without waiting for a callback. Built per trade, because a lawn care quote and a junk removal quote do not ask the same questions.
It answers the price question while they are still interested. Most trade websites make the buyer wait for a human to name a price. The quote that arrives first usually wins, and the one that arrives on Monday usually does not.
- Lawn care, junk removal, cleaning, catering and more
- Per-trade question logic
- Instant priced estimate
- Leads land in the CRM

Tickets, requests and the work queue behind them
Where a client request becomes a tracked item with an owner and a finish date instead of an email somebody meant to answer. This is the desk our own team works out of, which is the only reason to trust that it survives a real week.
We run our own company on it.Software a vendor does not use themselves has never been tested by anyone with something to lose.
- Client requests and ticket queue
- First in, first out work scheduling
- Per-client history
- Showcases for the platforms we build

Custom code on a platform that forbids it
If a business is stuck on a builder that will not let them add real code, Server Bridge runs the custom part on our server and connects it to the site they already have. They keep the site. They stop being limited by it.
You do not have to rebuild the whole site to add one real feature. The usual advice is a full migration, which is expensive and risky for a business that is trading fine. This is the smaller move that solves the actual blocker.
- Custom functionality bridged into a locked platform
- Works alongside an existing site
- Hosted and maintained by us

What is deliberately not on this page. No customer count, no revenue figure and
no uptime percentage. Every number above was counted from the software on the day this page
says, and anything we did not measure is simply absent rather than rounded up. Where a feature
is unfinished, the platform itself says so on the screen.
Questions
Do I have to install anything?
No. Every platform here runs in a web browser. Relay goes further: the receipt printer in a restaurant kitchen talks to our server directly, so there is no computer, no driver and no vendor software anywhere on site.
Can I use just one of them?
Yes. Each platform stands on its own and is useful by itself. They share a login and pass data between each other when you run more than one, which is where the compounding starts.
Who actually built these?
We did. AppWT has been building software since 1997 and runs all of it on our own Michigan server. When something breaks you are talking to the people who wrote it.
Where is my data?
On our server in the United States, under our own account, not resold to a data broker and not priced by how many contacts you have.
What is the difference between the platform and the network?
The platform is the eight systems on this page that you log into. The network is 322 live service sites, each built for one job. They are listed at appwt.com/network/.
