Our Texas Clients: What We Built and When
AppWT works with three businesses in Texas: Austin Lakeside Properties, Austin Lakeside Boat & RV Storage, and West Austin Air Conditioning. AppWT is headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, and does not claim an office in Texas. Each section below gives dates, what we built or delivered, and where our work stops.

Austin Lakeside Properties is a licensed Texas real estate brokerage based in Spicewood. AppWT built and hosts a website for the brokerage on AppWT's own servers and connected it to a lead pipeline in the AppWT CRM.

What we built, measured October 3, 2026
- laketravisluxuryco.com lists 110 pages in its sitemap, and all 110 returned HTTP 200.
- Each of the 110 pages has exactly one main heading (H1).
- Every page carries structured data (JSON-LD) with zero parse errors. Across the site it uses 30 schema.org types, including RealEstateAgent, SingleFamilyResidence, FAQPage and SpeakableSpecification.
- Every page carries Open Graph tags for type, title and image, so a shared link shows a proper preview.
- The site publishes llms.txt, llms-full.txt, ai.txt, security.txt and a web app manifest. All five returned HTTP 200.
- The contact form sends each inquiry to the brokerage by email and also into the AppWT CRM. If the CRM cannot be reached, the email still goes through.
Where our work stops: austinlakeside.com, the brokerage's original domain, is not built or hosted by AppWT. On October 3, 2026, it was served by another web platform. Our work for the brokerage is the website and systems listed above.

Austin Lakeside Boat & RV Storage
Austin Lakeside Boat & RV Storage is a boat and RV storage facility in Spicewood, Texas. Its website runs on the facility's own storage management platform, not on AppWT servers. AppWT audited the site and handled its search engine optimization (SEO).
- July 23, 2026AppWT audited all 31 pages of the website for search and AI visibility and sent the owners a plain-English report.
- July 30, 2026AppWT re-measured all 31 pages after the SEO work and reported what had changed.
- August 25, 2026AppWT proposed twelve new blog topics, each checked against the site's existing posts so that none repeat.
What changed between July 23 and July 30, 2026
- Main headings: on July 23, 13 of the 31 pages had no H1. On July 30, all 31 had exactly one.
- Phone number: on July 23, the number shown to visitors did not match the number in the structured data. On July 30, all 12 places we found showed the same number.
- Hours data: a closing-time error in the structured data was corrected.
Re-checked October 3, 2026
All 31 pages in the sitemap returned HTTP 200. Each has exactly one H1, and each carries structured data with zero parse errors.
Where our work stops: structured data, page titles, descriptions and canonical tags were already on every page before our July 23 audit, so we do not claim them. Some recommendations in our audit depend on platform settings that the owners control. We count those as advice delivered, not work done.
West Austin Air Conditioning
West Austin Air Conditioning provides heating and air conditioning service, repair and installation from Lakeway, Texas. It is AppWT's newest Texas client. Its website is built and hosted by the company's own web provider.
- September 16, 2026AppWT completed a read-only audit of the website across all 61 pages in its sitemap. It covered technical SEO, on-page and local search, the local market, and AI visibility.
- September 24, 2026West Austin Air Conditioning became an AppWT client.
- September 29, 2026AppWT delivered a kit of ready-to-install files: llms.txt, llms-full.txt, ai.txt, security.txt, robots.txt, a web app manifest, structured data for key pages, and step-by-step instructions for the company's web developer. Every fact in the kit comes from the company's own published pages.
Where our work stops: on October 3, 2026, the kit was not yet installed on the live website, so we claim no results there yet. Installation depends on access to the company's web platform.

On October 3, 2026, we requested every URL in each site's sitemap with a standard web browser identity, counted H1 headings, and parsed every structured data block. Earlier figures come from AppWT's dated reports to these clients.
