About Jamestown, North Carolina
Jamestown is a town in Guilford County, North Carolina, between Greensboro and High Point, with 3,668 residents at the 2020 census. Quaker farmer James Mendenhall settled the area in 1752, and his son George laid out the village in 1816; the town re-incorporated in 1947. It hosts Guilford Technical Community College's main campus and the Mendenhall Homeplace museum.
