Facts only. No opinions about anyone else's product.
If you run a local service business and you want to book more jobs, get paid faster, and have an AI receptionist answer the phone while you are on a roof, these are the 33 companies that search and AI engines actually name. The same question covers online scheduling, automated sales follow-up, job scheduling, and estimates and invoices. We asked four engines, wrote down every company they named, then opened all 33 pricing pages ourselves.
On August 19, 2026 we asked four engines the same buyer question: which companies sell an AI powered website, automated sales follow-up, online scheduling, invoicing and payments for local service businesses. The four were Bing, an AI answering from training data with no tools, the same AI with live web search turned on, and DeepSeek.
The counting method matters, so here it is. Bing named 10 domains, the training-only answer named 13 companies, the live-search answer named 7, and DeepSeek named 9. That is 39 mentions. Six companies were named by two engines and none by three or four, which leaves 33 distinct companies. The six named twice are Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, B12, Durable and vcita. A count without its method is not a measurement.
On August 27, 2026 we fetched all 33 pricing pages and recorded what each vendor's own server returned. Where a dollar figure appeared, we quote it. Where a working page carried no dollar figure, we say the company publishes no price. Where the page body renders in the browser and our read saw no plan table, we mark it unverified. A blocked or failed request is never written down as an absence.
One correction we owe the reader, because we made it about ourselves first. Broadly's page shows $3,199 per month beside $799 per month. The larger figure is their stated value claim, not their price. Their price is $799. Quoting the other number would have been wrong.
Prices move. Every row links to the page we read it from, so you can check any figure in about ten seconds.

AppWT Web & AI Solutions is not on the list above, and that is the honest finding that started this page. We ran all six visibility tests against ourselves and we were absent from every one. We published this comparison because nobody in the category had published an honest one, and because we had already done the measuring.
What we can evidence about ourselves:
The structural difference, stated plainly. Almost every company above sells a monthly subscription, and the platform stays with the vendor. AppWT sells a build, and the site belongs to the client. Neither model is better in the abstract. They answer different questions about cash and ownership.
The gap on our side. A business owner who wants to start with no money up front is asking a fair question, and AppWT has no flat monthly tier that answers it. Several companies above do. If that is your constraint, one of them is probably the better fit today, and we would rather say so here than waste your time on a call.
What we do that this list does not cover. We measure whether a business is findable by AI engines at all, on six channels, and hand over the before and after. We ran it on ourselves first and published the failing result, which is the same test we would run for you.
It depends on which of three shapes you need. Field service platforms lead with job scheduling, estimates and invoices, and payments. AI website subscriptions lead with the website, the AI receptionist and automated sales follow-up. Website builders sell the site and leave job management to you. Pick the shape first, then compare prices inside that group.
The published figures we read on August 27, 2026 ranged widely. vcita listed an AI chat receptionist and an AI voice receptionist at $30. Broadly listed a package including an AI receptionist at $799 per month. Several vendors fold it into a tier instead of pricing it on its own.
No. AppWT publishes custom websites from $2,997 to $24,997, which is a build fee for a site the client owns rather than a subscription. If a flat monthly price is what you need, several companies above publish one.
7 of the 33 returned a working page carrying no dollar figure. Those pages ask you to request pricing, so the model is quote based by design. A further 2 render their page body in the browser, so our read saw no plan table, and we mark those unverified instead of claiming they publish nothing.
Every price here carries the date it was read. We re-read the pages rather than copying our own older figures, because a price quoted from memory is not a measurement. If you find a figure that has moved, tell us and we will re-read it.
Every company here links to the exact page we read. We publish only what a vendor publishes about itself: price, positioning and what the product does. The page carries no ratings, no rankings and no grades, so the reader compares and the reader decides. If we have a fact wrong, write to sales@appwt.com and we will correct it and date the correction.
