About Linden, Michigan

Linden is a small Genesee County city on the Shiawassee River in the Fenton urban area, just south of the Flint metro. Its heart is the Linden Mill Pond and the 1850 Linden Mill gristmill, billed as the county's oldest building and now home to a library branch and museum. The compact Bridge-Broad Street downtown, on the National Register since 1982, preserves 19th-century Greek Revival and Italianate storefronts.
