Holland is an unincorporated community in Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, about 20 miles northeast of Philadelphia. Centered on Mill Creek, it was first called Rocksville and later Finney's Mill before a post office named Holland opened in 1870. The Dutch-settled village is now a commuter suburb served by the Council Rock School District under ZIP code 18966.

- Northampton Township, which contains Holland, was incorporated in 1722 and named after Northampton in Northamptonshire, England, by English colonists tied to William Penn's settlement of Pennsylvania.
- The village was first known as Rocksville for the rocky banks of Mill Creek and as Finney's Mill after the Finney family, who ran a grist mill and general store at its core.
- A post office named Holland was established in 1870 and the village soon adopted the name; the Holland name also reflected Dutch settlers who arrived in the late 1600s.
