Manufacturing and Business Process Automation
AppWT automates the repeat work between your systems. RFQs land in a pipeline, paid orders move to fulfillment, and daily reports become answers and reconciliations a person approves. Each automation is tested before launch, and your people keep the final say on money.
What AppWT automates
-
RFQs and leads
Each RFQ from your website lands in a CRM as a lead with its page and source. It moves through stages your team names, and the CRM times how long your team took to answer the buyer.
-
Orders, payments and fulfillment
For its own store, AppWT connected payments, print fulfillment and email into one process. Only paid orders are delivered, each payment is delivered once, and print jobs wait in a queue that is checked every 5 minutes.
-
Daily reports and deposit reconciliation
For a multi-location retailer, AppWT built a voice assistant that answers questions from daily sales reports, plus a deposit reconciliation engine. It matches expected deposits to the bank file to the cent in three passes, and an accountant approves every exception.
The system is in test status. Its hub passed 260 automated tests on two runs with sample data, ahead of the on-site install.
-
Workflows across your tools
Workflow automation chains triggers, data changes and actions across your apps through their APIs and webhooks. It includes conditional steps, retries when a step fails, audit logging and monitoring.
-
Forms that route themselves
Smart form automation sends each submission to the right person, replies to the customer and files the request. No inquiry sits in an inbox waiting for someone to notice it.
-
Software around the robot cell
AppWT builds the software, web, configurator, integration and AI side for manufacturers and robotics integrators. AppWT does not manufacture robot hardware.
The rules every AppWT automation follows
- Read before you change. Where it can, an automation reads from the systems you already run and leaves them as they are. The retail voice hub reads report files from a shared folder and installs nothing on the back-office PC.
- People approve money. The reconciliation engine never posts to the accounting system. It exports a CSV file, ages unmatched items at 3, 7 and 14 days, and the accountant approves each exception.
- One action per event. The database refuses a second delivery for the same payment, so a repeated message cannot ship an order twice.
- Nothing paid is dropped. An order that arrives with missing information is logged as paid and flagged for a person to finish.
- Tested before it is called done. Results are measured on two runs with the same result, and a system stays in test status until it passes on real data.
Where to start
The Business Automation Audit maps the systems your business runs today and hands back a costed order of work, with every step priced, explained and approved on its own.
Business automation starts at $2,497, and workflow automation across several tools starts at $11,997. Larger automation gets a written scope with each stage priced and approved before it starts.
