Court e-filing systems: nine years inside government JusticeTech
Before a law firm, a court vendor or a government office trusts us with a build, they want to know we have run systems where a filing cannot be lost. This is the record behind that.
Starting point
TrueFiling and MiFile are government court e-filing systems built on Hyland OnBase. They run in sensitive government data environments with regulatory compliance requirements, where downtime or a data exposure lands on a court and on the people filing with it.
What shipped
From June 2017 to March 2026, Tony Paris engineered and maintained the cloud infrastructure behind those environments and administered the Hyland OnBase systems: workflow configuration, user administration and system optimization. He monitored performance, uptime and security posture, ran incident response with documented resolution procedures, and trained end users and client teams on OnBase workflows and security practice.
The number
Nine years of continuous support, June 2017 to March 2026. OnBase Certified System Administrator (Hyland, March 2020). The source publishes no other measured figure for this role, so this page claims none.
Time to result
Certified as an OnBase System Administrator in 2020, three years into the role, and in the role for six more years after that.
What you can verify
The dates and duties are on Tony's published resume at aparis.us, and the certification is issued by Hyland. The work was done as an employee: i3 Verticals (the ImageSoft product line) was his employer, not an AppWT client, so nothing on this page is a client claim.
AppWT brings the same habits to legal, government and court-adjacent work: security monitoring, documented incident procedures, and training for the people who will run the system after launch.
