I show you a practical five day posting plan across social channels. You will get checklists, asset ideas, and daily time blocks you can run this week.
A solid week of social content fits a simple mix. Here is a five day plan you can run with a small block of time each weekday.
Quick setup
- Pick two platforms to focus on this week. Focus keeps quality high and gives you time to engage.
- Set one clear goal for the week, like inquiries, signups, or store visits. A single goal keeps every post aligned.
- List three audience problems you solve. These become your angles for the week.
- Gather five assets now: one product photo, one team photo, one short video, one customer question, one simple offer. Having assets ready prevents last minute scrambling.
- Write one call to action you will repeat, such as Book a consult or Get the checklist. Repetition builds recall.
- Block 30 minutes each weekday for posting and replies. A set window protects your focus.
- Create a simple tracking sheet with columns for day, post, link and outcome. Notes help you improve next week.
- Add simple UTM tags to any link. UTM tags are short labels in a link so analytics can attribute visits.
Weekly post mix
- Day 1 Teach. Share a 30 to 60 second tip video that fixes one common problem. About 30 minutes to script and record.
- Day 2 Proof. Post a before and after, or a short quote you have permission to use. About 20 minutes to assemble.
- Day 3 Offer. Invite people to request a consult, sample or estimate, and include the link. About 15 minutes to write and post.
- Day 4 Behind the scenes. Show one step of your process or a tool you rely on. About 15 minutes to capture and post.
- Day 5 Engage. Ask a single choice question or run a quick poll tied to your service. About 10 minutes to publish and reply.
- Daily booster. Reply to every comment and message during your block. Conversations turn interest into next steps.
- Friday wrap. Save your best performing post as a template for next week. Repurpose it into one short email recap.
