Set your newsletter preferences in one minute

Setting your newsletter preferences takes about a minute. I will show you how to choose topics and how often you want emails. You can pick only what you need or choose everything, and you can change it anytime.

Choose your topics

• Go to appwt.com/subscribe/.
• Enter your email address. I use a quick confirmation to protect your inbox.
• Pick Newsletter if you want one concise digest with product updates and new posts.
• Select any other topics that fit your interests. There are 20 topics and an Everything option.
• If you want the full view with light reading and links to go deeper, choose Everything.
• Submit the form to move to frequency.

Pick how often

• Choose weekly on Wednesday, twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday, every two weeks on Wednesday, monthly on the first Tuesday, or quarterly on the first Tuesday of January, April, July and October.
• Emails go out at 10 AM in your own time zone.
• If a send day falls on a US federal holiday, the email moves to the next business day.

Confirm and finish

• Check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the link. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
• After you confirm, you are set. My emails use no click tracking and no open tracking.
• Each email has a link to change topics or frequency, pause for 30, 60 or 90 days, resume, or unsubscribe from everything.

What to check

• Look for your first email on the next scheduled day at 10 AM in your time zone.
• Open the footer and confirm you can change topics, adjust frequency, pause, resume, or unsubscribe.
• Expect items to rotate across the topics you chose. You should not see the same item twice.
• Each item links to the full article on appwt.com/learn/ for deeper reading when you want it.
