I explain what is inside my all-topics digest and why it matters. You will know how to pick topics and use each email in a few minutes.
What it is
The all-topics digest is a single email that pulls the best items across web design, AI, marketing, content, security, and hosting. I write short summaries in plain English and add a clear link to the full article on my site. You get a fast scan, then you can decide what deserves attention now.
What it includes
- Highlights from the topics you picked at sign up.
- New posts from my learning library with plain next steps.
- Product and service updates that change how you work online.
- Security and compliance notes in simple terms when they are part of your picks.
Why it matters
You choose how often to get it. Weekly, twice a week, every two weeks, monthly, or quarterly. Items rotate across your chosen topics so you see a helpful mix and you never get the same item twice. Each send goes out at 10 AM in your own time zone. When a send day is a federal holiday, that email moves to the next business day. I use no click tracking and no open tracking. Every email includes a link to change topics or timing, pause, resume, or unsubscribe.
What to do this week
Pick a frequency you can finish in one sitting, then choose the topics that match your goals. Add a five minute calendar reminder at the send time. Skim the digest, star the one or two items that matter, then click through to the full pieces and forward them to the person who will own each task. If a topic is missing, adjust your picks in the manage link at the bottom of any email.
How I can help
If you want help turning digest items into a clear plan, I can help through Marketing > Plans. If you want to see which AI assistants send people to your site and what those visitors do, AppWT Analytics shows that.
