AI Agent Checker: Score Your Agent on the 12 Steps
I built this free checker to score your AI agent on the 12 steps in the Personal AI Agent Blueprint. Tick what your agent already has. You get a score for each step, an overall score, and the next fix for your three weakest steps. Your answers stay in your browser and are never sent to AppWT.
How the agent checker works
It takes five moves. The live demo fills in a sample meeting brief agent, so you can see the scores before you check your own.
- Name the job. Write your agent's job in one sentence. This part is optional.
- Tick what is done. Go through the 12 steps and tick each item your agent already has.
- Read your scores. See a score for each step and an overall score out of 100.
- Fix the weakest three. Each weak step shows the next action to take and links that help.
- Get a second opinion. Copy the one-line prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for a full review.
Tick what your agent already has
Each box is a "Do this" item from that step in the 12-step guide. Tick only what is true today. If you are not sure, leave it blank.
This fills in the one-line AI prompt below. It is not sent anywhere.

Score for each step
One line that checks all 12 steps with any AI chat
Copy this line and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another AI chat. Replace the part in brackets with a few sentences about your agent. The AI scores each step, shows what is missing and tells you what to fix first.
If you typed your agent's job above, it is already filled in. This is a plain text prompt. It does not run code or install anything.
Act as an AI agent reviewer. Check my AI agent against the 12 steps in AppWT's Personal AI Agent Blueprint (https://appwt.com/personal-ai-agent-blueprint/): 1 Define its job, 2 Choose the AI model, 3 Write clear instructions, 4 Give it knowledge, 5 Give it tools, 6 Connect your apps, 7 Add memory, 8 Add planning, 9 Add guardrails, 10 Keep humans in control, 11 Automate it, 12 Test and improve. If you need facts, ask me up to 5 short questions first. Then give me one table with these columns: Step, Score (0 to 5), What I have, What is missing, Next fix. Score 0 and write "unknown" for anything I did not tell you. Do not guess. End with my total out of 60, my 3 weakest steps, and the one fix to make first. My agent: [describe its job, AI model, data, tools, apps, memory, approvals, triggers and tests]
Resources for each step
Each link goes to the publisher's own guide or documentation. I checked that every link loaded on October 30, 2026. For step 12, the second list covers tracing and analytics: how to see what your agent did, and how to track its cost, speed, accuracy and outcomes.
