I show how AppWT Ordering puts online ordering, a kitchen display, and table reservations into a web browser that fits the site you already have. I share who it fits and a clear setup checklist that helps returning customers place repeat orders fast.
What it does
AppWT Ordering is my browser-based system for restaurants, and I set it up so returning customers can reorder fast on your website. It handles online ordering, shows orders on a kitchen display, and takes table reservations. There is nothing to install and no terminal to buy, and it fits the website you already have.
Who it fits
- Restaurants and cafes that want ordering to live on their own website.
- Owners who prefer a browser over special hardware.
- Kitchens that want a display view of incoming orders.
- Dining rooms that accept reservations in a web browser.
Set up for fast reorders
Repeat customers order faster when the menu is clear and consistent. You do not need special hardware or an app to make that happen. Use these steps to reduce friction so regulars can place the same order again with minimal effort.
- Organize your menu into obvious sections with short item names that match your printed menu.
- Put best sellers near the top of each section so regulars see their usual choice first.
- Keep choices simple. Use a small number of clear options for sizes or add-ons.
- Write short, plain descriptions so customers can scan quickly on a phone.
- Use high quality photos that match what the kitchen serves.
- Add a simple note for pickup timing or seating expectations so customers know what happens next.
- Place the ordering link in your site header and menu page. Print a short web address and a QR code on receipts, bags and table tents so people get back to your ordering page without searching.
- Test a few common orders on a phone and a computer. Confirm the kitchen display shows them in the right order.
- Train hosts on how to review reservations and handle common questions.
How to start
Make a one page menu list with item names, sections, options, and current descriptions. Gather your best photos. Decide where the ordering link will live on your site. Pick a short page address that is easy to read on a receipt. Run a test day with staff before you announce it.
If you want help, I set up AppWT Ordering and tune the flow to match your menu and website. I can also help plan your rollout using Marketing Plans.
